Enrollment Information
- Enrollment Flyer
- Every YEP site requires students to be signed into and signed out of the program daily.
- Students may not be released if identification cannot be verified.
- Each student must be checked into and out of the program by an adult over the age of 18 and who is listed on the student’s emergency card.
- YEP students are to be signed out of the program by utilizing the BARCODE-based sign-out process every day.

Public Notice
21st Century Community Learning Centers and After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens Programs.
Hayward Unified School District hereby formally notifies the local community of its intention to apply to the California Department of Education for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program Grant at Martin Luther King Jr., Bret Harte, and Anthony Ochoa Middle Schools; and for the After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens Programs Grant at Brenkwitz, Hayward, Mt. Eden, and Tennyson High Schools. Our applications are due to the California Department of Education by November 16, 2022. We also take this opportunity to inform private schools, faith-based organizations, and community-based organizations of our intent to provide safe, accessible academic, enrichment, and family literacy programs in the aforementioned schools.
